We are all faced with circumstances that challenge us.
 

I believe we do not have to be defined by those circumstances and that the challenges may promote strength and flexibility if approached from a positive and thoughtful perspective.  My approach to wellness is to support each client physically, emotionally and spiritually so thoughtful choices can be made, allowing each person to live fully within their circumstances.

 

My practice is based on the concept of partnership, deep listening and understanding.  Throughout my more than 17 years in the field of Wellness I have worked with a wide variety of people with a wide variety of challenges.  So often in today’s world, especially in the field of Health Care, a person can feel not listened to.  They may feel as though their physician does not attempt to understand their circumstances and challenges.  My ability to listen deeply can help name and shift the obstacles to create new pathways for healing. Our work together is a partnership in healing.

 

Upon returning to the Lakes Region I soon discovered a real need for a clinic that provides a calm, inviting, judgment free atmosphere that is also effective and affordable.  Gate of Life Acupuncture and Wellness fills this need.

 

In my spare time you will find me outside enjoying hiking, cross country skiing, gardening and flat water kayaking.  I have two grown daughters who live in New Hampshire with families and careers of their own.  My grandson Max makes my heart sing and is a wonderful source of joy!
